FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Everything you need to know about your wallet, from getting started to staying secure.
Getting Started
How do I create a wallet account?
Click "Get Started" and fill in your name, email, and a strong password. Once registered, complete your KYC verification by uploading a valid ID. After approval, your wallet is ready to use.
Which cryptocurrencies are supported?
We support 30+ digital assets including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, BNB, Solana (SOL), Cardano (ADA), Polygon (MATIC), and many more. New assets are added regularly.
Is there a minimum deposit amount?
There is no minimum amount set by us — however, very small deposits may be impractical due to network transaction fees on the blockchain you are using.
Is the wallet free to use?
Creating an account and holding assets is completely free. A small 0.5% fee applies when you swap tokens on the platform. Network gas fees may also apply for sends.
Using the Wallet
How do I send crypto to another wallet?
Navigate to Send, choose the asset you want to send, enter the recipient's wallet address, and type the amount. Submit the form and the transaction will be reviewed and processed. You will see it in your transaction history once sent.
How do I receive crypto into my wallet?
Go to Receive and select the coin you want to receive. Copy your unique deposit address or show the QR code to the sender. Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain and approved, your balance will be updated.
How does swapping work?
Visit the Swap page, choose the coin you want to swap from and to, then enter the amount. The platform will show you the live exchange rate and the amount you will receive after the 0.5% fee. Confirm to execute the swap instantly.
Where can I view my transaction history?
Go to Transaction History from your sidebar. You can filter by All, Send, Receive, or Swap. The list loads automatically with infinite scroll so you can browse your complete history.
Why is my deposit still pending?
Deposits are manually reviewed by our team before being credited to your account. This typically takes a short time. If your deposit has been pending for more than 24 hours, please contact our support team.
Security
Who controls my private keys?
You do. This is a non-custodial wallet, which means we never hold, store, or have access to your private keys. Only you can authorize transactions from your account.
What is KYC and why is it required?
KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process. It helps us prevent fraud, money laundering, and unauthorized account access. You will need to upload a government-issued ID and a selfie during registration.
What happens if I forget my password?
You can reset your password using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address. We recommend using a strong, unique password and keeping it safe.
Is my personal data safe?
All your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal information to any third parties. We only use CoinGecko for live price data via server-side API calls — your data is never shared with them.
